Terms of Service

Agreement

These terms cover the DonutHub website, Discord bot, and client mod (together, "DonutHub"). By using DonutHub or buying a key, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use DonutHub.

Eligibility

You must be old enough to use Discord and DonutSMP, and able to enter a contract. You are responsible for the Discord and Minecraft accounts you connect.

What you are buying

Paid tiers are a one-time license key, not a subscription. Prices shown on the store are the one-time price for that tier (Free $0, Pro $3, Auction $5, All-Access $15) unless a post in the support server says otherwise at the time you pay. A key unlocks the features of the tier you bought. It is not a promise of future features, uptime, or a particular in-game result.

One key is issued per purchase and per Discord user for that tier. A key binds to one Minecraft UUID. You may redeem one rebind to a different UUID. After that, the bind stays unless staff agrees otherwise. Do not share, resell, leak, or transfer keys. We may revoke a key, warn you, or remove access if a key is shared, resold, or used to abuse the service.

Acceptable use

  • Do not attack, scrape in a way that overloads, or disrupt DonutHub or its database.
  • Do not upload scans you are not allowed to send, or use DonutHub to cheat, harass, or break DonutSMP rules.
  • Do not reverse, repackage, or redistribute the mod or bot except as we allow.
  • Do not pretend DonutHub is an official DonutSMP, Mojang, or Microsoft product.

No affiliation

DonutHub is an independent fan project by @zipsfx. It is not affiliated with DonutSMP, Mojang, or Microsoft. Minecraft is a trademark of Mojang Synergies AB. DonutSMP is its own community.

Warranty and liability

DonutHub is provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent the law allows. We do not guarantee that prices, stats, or scans are complete, current, or accurate.

To the fullest extent the law allows, @zipsfx and DonutHub are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost items, lost in-game currency, or lost profits. Our total liability for a claim about DonutHub is limited to the amount you paid us for the key at issue in the three months before the claim (or zero if you only used Free).

Termination

You may stop using DonutHub at any time. We may suspend or end access, or revoke a key, if you break these terms, if we shut the product down, or if we need to stop abuse. Sections that should survive (no affiliation, warranty, liability, and this sentence) keep applying.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware and the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Delaware are the venue for disputes, except where the law says you cannot waive a local forum.
