What DonutHub is

DonutHub is a set of fan tools for the Minecraft server DonutSMP: a website, a Discord bot, and an optional client mod. DonutHub is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by DonutSMP, Mojang, or Microsoft.

Data we collect

• Discord. Discord user IDs and usernames when you join the support server, use the bot, or receive a license key.
• License bind. A Minecraft username and UUID tied to a key, plus whether that key has used its one rebind.
• Crowd scans. Market and player snapshots that a licensed DonutHub client chooses to send, such as auction prices and command output from /baltop, /bal, /shards, or /stats. That can include Minecraft usernames and in-game numbers.
• Site use. Standard hosting logs (IP address, browser, pages requested) from the site host. We do not run a separate ad or marketing tracker.

How we use it

We use this data to run the product: issue and check keys, show market and player pages, and power Discord commands. Scan data is stored in a shared database so the public market and player views can update. We do not sell personal information.

Retention

License records stay while the key is valid and for a short period after it is revoked, so we can handle disputes and abuse. Market and player rows stay while they are useful for the public boards and may be deleted or overwritten as newer scans arrive. Hosting logs follow the host's normal retention.

Sharing

Data is stored with our processors, including Supabase (database) and the site host (currently Vercel). Discord processes messages and IDs under its own terms when you use the bot or server. We share data if the law requires it, or to stop abuse of the keys or the service.

Children

DonutHub is not directed at children under 13. Do not use it if you are under the age required by Discord or by DonutSMP.
