Purchases and refunds

Before paying

DonutHub tiers are one-time digital purchases, not recurring subscriptions. Review the tier, exact currency, final total and compatibility requirements in the Store and checkout. Stripe and Discord provide separate payment flows. One person receives one key per tier across both methods; another purchase does not provide another Minecraft account seat.

Delivery and missing access

After confirmed payment, the key is available in your signed-in Account. Keys are hidden until revealed or copied. Discord DM and role delivery are also attempted. If payment is pending, use Check payment before buying again. If you paid but cannot access the tier, email usezorply@gmail.com with the payment reference and account identity.

Requesting help or a refund

Contact that address about duplicate charges, non-delivery, unauthorized payments, or content that is defective or does not match its description. Do not send a full card number or password. We assess requests against the purchase description and applicable consumer law. Other requests are reviewed individually; there is no blanket exclusion of refunds or statutory remedies.

For Discord purchases, also use Discord's refund and billing tools. Refunds are processed through the original payment channel under its applicable rules. Provider processing times may vary.

Withdrawal and consumer rights

If your law provides a cancellation or withdrawal period for digital content or services, that right remains available unless the legal requirements for an exception have actually been met. Merely downloading the mod, using a key or accepting terms does not by itself waive a statutory withdrawal right. Mandatory remedies for non-delivery, defects and misdescription remain intact.

Effect on access

A full refund or lost dispute revokes the grant from that purchase. A partial refund or open payment dispute suspends that purchase grant; an eligible grant can become active again when a dispute is resolved in your favor. Other valid grants for the same tier remain effective. Contact support about an incorrect access change. This does not penalize exercising consumer rights.
